Before our template is sent to you, you have an option of requesting a refund. Due to the fact that it is a digital product, you will be able to view a demonstration version of it before you decide whether or not to make a purchase. Unfortunately, after it has been delivered, there will be absolutely no refunds.

Because it is a marketplace application, multiple vendors can upload their templates, and those vendors are solely responsible for the templates' quality. Additionally, the money you paid would be directly transferred to those vendors, and we would receive only a small commission on the transaction. As a result, the entire process would be disrupted if you asked for a refund; however, we would certainly be willing to consider your situation and provide you with some form of alternative benefits, such as by providing vouchers, coupons, and so on.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you with the option of an exchange in addition to a refund. Since this is against the policy of our organisation, you are unable to return any things that were paid for using one of our gift cards, coupons, or any other type of sale or discounted price.
